I need to know what type of shoes would be best for when I do leg workouts. Basically just calf raises, treadmill, and for comfort when walking around. I’m just working out to keep tone if that helps any, also money isn’t a problem. I was thinking about these Under Armour trainer shoes that my friend uses, but I’m not sure they fit my needs. As of now I’m just using these Nike Shox, but I feel my balance is awkward in them.
Get cross trainers. They’re very good for every type of work out. Gym. Running. Lifting. Even playing some sports in. The Nike Air Edge TR ’09. I heard that was a pretty good shoe. Just get yourself anything the has a good stable platform. Moderate cushioning, and a lower center of gravity.
